Clareity was founded in 1996 to provide information technology consulting to the real estate industry and its related businesses. Clareity is an innovative solutions provider committed to delighting its consulting clients. The company is headquartered in beautiful sunny Scottsdale, Arizona. Gregg Larson

Gregg Larson has over twenty years' experience in the MLS and real estate information industries, including sales, market research, new product design, market development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, MLS regionalization and governance, MLS system and vendor selection, and Internet consulting. Gregg has worked for organizations such as REDI/Multi-List, the National Association of Realtors (NAR), DATOR, and Moore Data Management Services. During his tenure at Moore, Gregg led new MLS product development and created CyberHomes, the first real estate advertising Internet site updated daily from MLS systems. In 1996, he co-founded Clareity Consulting, an internationally recognized Real Estate Information and Internet consulting firm. He has consulted for many of the nation’s largest online companies including AOL, MSN, MapQuest, Classified Ventures/Tribune Companies and Homestore.com on real estate strategy and content acquisition. Gregg has also provided technology, new product, organizational and strategic consulting to many of the nation’s largest Brokerages, Franchisers, Title Companies, Lenders, Information Providers, Regional MLSs, and MLS vendors.

Gregg is also an experienced public speaker, with numerous professional speaking engagements before real estate audiences worldwide. In 1998, Gregg produced the Law & Order Conference on Intellectual Property, the National Real Estate Advertising Shoot-out, and the RealFuture Technology Conference series. In 1999, he produced and moderated The Future of MLS session at NAR and was the featured speaker at the MLS Policy and Issues Forum at NAR in May 2001. In 2002-2005, Clareity conducted sold-out MLS Executive Workshops in Scottsdale, and will continue to host these events annually. Gregg has also done extensive real estate consulting in Norway.

Matt Cohen

Matt Cohen, Clareity's Chief Technologist, was an Internet expert in the early 1990's before most of us knew there was an Internet. Matt joined Clareity in 1996 and has a decade of extensive real estate technology experience. Matt has consulted for many of the top Associations, regional MLSs, MLS software vendors, large brokerages and a wide variety of information and technology companies that service the real estate industry.

Real estate software and technology providers look to Matt for assistance with product planning, software design, quality assurance, usability, security and scalability assessments. Matt serves as Clareity's lead MLS and Transaction Management System analyst and facilitates the system and vendor selection process for several organizations each year. He also leads Clareity's online survey practice, performing market research for software providers and member satisfaction surveys for associations and MLSs. Since 1998, Matt has spearheaded Clareity's Information Security Assessment service, and has helped establish Clareity as the most experienced real estate information security consulting company in the United States.

Matt is a public speaker capable of addressing member, executive and technical audiences, and has spoken at many conferences, workshops and leadership retreats around the country, including various state association, MLS, NAR and Inman conferences.
